    I’ve seen quite a few mean/poor reviews and I just wanted to say, I love Bernardo’s, they are some of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met and they try so hard to accommodate everyone and I think their food is delicious and authentic. People who say otherwise clearly doesn’t know good Mexican food and that’s that. Coming from someone who works in food service. It’s hard to please everyone when you’re the only one serving so I think they’re doing a terrific job.

    Their Tacos are excellent! The refried beans are delicious, and the rice is perfectly seasoned. Enjoy!

    I placed an order for two large chicken tortilla soups which on their website says they are $7.95 and was suppose to come with tortillas but didn't. I also asked for two sides of enchilada sauce to go in them which I have had before while dining in and never had to pay for.. The bill came to $25 and some change. She said the soup is now $8.95 and each side of enchilada sauce was $6.00 and that I should've just asked for extra sauce then I wouldn't have been charged. $25 for 2 soups and 2 very small sides of sauce? Ridiculous!!!

    I go here frequently with a friend. I just wish they served with a mild salsa, and not just the super hot and spicy. I love the chicken tortilla soup and it always an add on to what I order.
